Here are some more photos from our first week home! I can't believe Holton is 9 days old already. What a sweet baby he is... he eats well and sleeps like a champ. He seems to have such a relaxed little personality. Like Addy, I love to watch his face, especially while he sleeps.
Another flower lei picture
Big Sister is doing great. She is so gentle with Holton, and she gets very concerned if he cries (which is not very often!). She has not seemed jealous at all, and I'm trying to give her plenty of "mommy time" too. She does like the baby seat though...
She is changing almost daily, and her vocabulary is really exploding.
Who doesn't love a box of crayons?
Pajo getting plenty of grandson time!
The little man during one of his awake moments...
A daughter after my own heart - reading the Pottery Barn catalog!
Already waving for the camera.
This is the Franciscan monk outfit!
Mama's boy!
Not sure what this pose is... maybe he's playing the piano in his sleep!
This is my big girl, posing for the camera!
Ok, so I look a little tired, and I am, but I am so so happy!
What a week of crazy weather - four straight days of winter weather in Dallas, culminating in over 6 inches of snow last night. The pups love the snow.
Adelyn begged us to go out in the white stuff, but once outside, she wasn't so sure...
We spent a few seconds out in the cold, and then headed in by our warm fire. It's been fun to be snowed in all week and have nothing to do but enjoy my family and love on my children. Plural. Children. Still a little strange to say that, but wonderful!
